Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire parts operation - inventory, ordering, and daily workflow.
• Ensure technicians and customers have the right parts at the right time.
• Drive profitability through smart inventory management and sales strategy.
• Build relationships with vendors, service teams, and customers.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing parts team.
• Analyze data and continuously improve results.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service daily.
