Hansel Auto Group is seeking a qualified Parts Manager to lead the entire parts operation, focusing on inventory control, ordering, and daily workflow within our California dealerships. You will drive profitability through smart inventory management and a strong sales strategy, while mentoring a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts management experience, solid leadership, and proficiency with dealership systems (CDK/Paycom a bonus).

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and inventory management processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire parts operation - inventory, ordering, and daily workflow.
• Ensure technicians and customers have the right parts at the right time.
• Drive profitability through smart inventory management and sales strategy.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, service teams, and customers.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing parts team.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and continuously improve results.
