Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive dealership parts experience.
• 2+ years as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
• Working knowledge of a dealership DMS (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack).
• Track record of hiring, training, and holding a counter team accountable.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management of parts stock, pricing, and pursual of correct shelf levels to minimize lost sales.
• Review aged inventory and manage obsolescence to preserve value.
• Manage OEM programs affecting inventory, including returns and warranty parts policy.
• Set wholesale pricing structures and maintain competitive menus in collaboration with service teams.
• Oversee accounting for parts invoices, variance reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance for material handling and storage.
