Responsibilities

• Determine needs and specify parts accurately.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts.
• Record warranty parts returns.
• Create special ordered parts in the dealership system and notify relevant staff.
• Review special order parts tracking.
• Process and close invoices.
• Compare invoices against requisitions for accuracy.
• Maintain ongoing warehouse parts inventory.
• Attend weekly department meetings.
