Key Auto Group is seeking a Dealership Parts Manager for our South Burlington location. This role oversees the parts sales process, ensuring accurate pricing and efficient stock management while delivering friendly, professional service to customers and staff.

The ideal candidate has auto parts sales experience, strong interpersonal and math skills, and a valid driver's license. A dynamic team environment and continuous improvement culture are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior auto parts sales experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Ability to perform calculations including discounts, commissions, and proportions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Converse effectively regarding customer parts status.
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up specific parts.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify parts and pricing alignment.
• Provide high-level service to internal and external customers.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and perform weekly stock checks.
• Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or urgent materials.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from external sources and submit emergency orders.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair orders.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
• Other duties as assigned.
