Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Parts Manager for our Automotive Engineering division in Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading a six-person team, managing inventory for wholesale, body shop, and self-service, and setting pricing structures to protect margins.

You will work closely with service and body shop managers, oversee delivery vehicles, and direct shipping and receiving operations while delivering excellent customer service to wholesale accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar automotive parts management role.
• Proven ability to lead and schedule a team.
• Experience forecasting and managing inventory.
• Capable of establishing pricing structures and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Direct and schedule a six-member team to run the parts department.
• Forecast inventory and manage stock for wholesale, body shop, and self-service.
• Establish pricing structures to maintain margins.
• Prepare and manage the department budget.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with service and body shop managers to satisfy customers.
• Manage delivery vehicles and shipping/receiving operations.
• Provide excellent service to wholesale customers.
• Maintain accurate automotive parts inventory and pricing data.
