Job summary

Mossy Nissan El Cajon is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our busy parts department. You will verify, stock, and log incoming inventory while ensuring accuracy in our Dealership Management System.

The ideal candidate will handle alpha-numeric part numbers, lift up to 75 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting. We offer $18.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth within our family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• HD diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in an automotive parts department or warehouse.
• Ability to read and process complex alpha-numeric part and bin sequences.
• Experience with Excede DMS or similar platforms is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Verify, check in, and bin incoming stock orders by matching factory part numbers to packing slips.
• Organize, label, and store parts to keep inventory accurate and tidy.
• Receive daily shipments, sign bills of lading, and process freight labels.
• Process daily stock orders and returns, coordinate core/warranty returns.
• Oversee staging area for local deliveries and ensure accurate invoicing and sequencing.
• Enter receipts, back-orders, and stock locations in the DMS.
