Holman Enterprises in Cary, NC is seeking a Parts Shipper and Receiver to support parts operations for our automotive service and dealership network. You will locate and process parts, read catalogs, and manage orders and inventory with accuracy and care.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable driving record are required, with on-site work at Audi-Cary.

Qualifikationen

• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a motor vehicle report and have an acceptable safe driving record.

Aufgaben

• Locate the type of part needed or assist the customer or technician in determining the correct part for the job at hand.
• Read catalog and/or computer listings to obtain replacement part stock number, determine availability of part, order part if necessary, fill orders from stock, mark/log and store’s parts according to prearranged system, receive and fill telephone orders; may prepare customer bill or add parts to service order, etc.
• Download incoming orders, enter into employer’s computer system and match with parts inventory.
• Obtain parts from manufacturer, outside vendors, or other dealers as needed.
• Sort and label incoming parts and store in inventory.
• Attend/complete required training and department meetings.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
