Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site Parts Associate in Newark, NJ. You will manage inventory, coordinate sourcing and distribution of automotive parts and tools, and support technicians to ensure timely repairs and vehicle readiness for customers.

The role requires knowledge of parts and basic shop operations, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a hands-on position in a busy shop environment with on-the-job training and benefits.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and coordinate sourcing, ordering, and distribution of parts, tires, tools, and shop supplies.
• Process purchase orders, repair orders, and invoices; maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support timely and accurate repairs to minimize downtime and keep vehicles ready for customers.
