Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate inventory, ensure efficient product flow, and keep the store environment clean and organized.

Responsibilities include receiving and posting freight, cycle counts, stocking and arranging inventory, and accurate order pulling for delivery drivers, the counter, and will-call. Strong part-number recognition and customer service are essential for success.

Formación

• 1 year of stocking, loading, or pulling experience is required.
• Must be able to recognize part numbers and line codes for correct placement.
• Basic computer literate and able to operate a terminal.

Responsabilidades

• Pulls all orders for delivery and for counter customers and will-call; routes products per management guidance.
• Receive, post, stock, and organize incoming merchandise; maintain shelving and product placement.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and record maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping, packing material disposal, and safety-compliant area organization.
• Use inventory systems for coordination, dispatch, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Assist customers by phone or in-person as volume requires; provide basic support or escalate.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries using delivery management systems.
• Support store operations and team tasks to improve performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives around store procedures and standards.
