Job summary

Paddock Chevrolet, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Full-Time Parts Driver. This role involves picking up and delivering parts to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors, with hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

You will verify invoices against purchase orders, log deliveries, obtain signatures, and coordinate any last-minute pickups with the parts team. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
• Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Advises parts manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-4:30

Pay: $17.50 per hour
