NAPA in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Store Associate to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing automotive parts solutions and exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will use POS and inventory tools, help with orders and deliveries, maintain a clean sales floor, and support inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and teamwork to drive store performance.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment
• Support store operations including transactions and inquiries
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Coordinate deliveries and pull/prepare orders for customers and drivers
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment
• Assist with inventory control activities and cycle counts
