NAPA in Chester, VA is hiring a Store Counter Sales associate to help customers find auto parts and solutions, assist wholesale customers, and support store performance through product knowledge and responsive service.

You will engage with customers, operate POS, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with the team to maintain a fast-paced, welcoming store environment. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Support store operations including deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Keep the store clean and organized for a welcoming environment.
