Hilbish Ford, part of Capital Auto Group, is seeking an Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team in Kannapolis, NC. You will help ensure service and sales operations run smoothly by assisting customers and technicians, managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales or a related field is beneficial.
• Good understanding of vehicle parts and their functions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Sell automotive parts to retail customers and internal service personnel.
• Accurately identify required parts using catalogs, software, and manufacturer resources.
• Answer incoming calls, provide pricing information, and process customer orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishment to support business needs.
• Maintain records related to sales, special orders, invoices, returns, and inventory transactions.
• Uphold dealership standards for customer service, workplace safety, and department organization.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and management teams to support efficient dealership operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Automotive Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:

• Sell automotive parts to retail customers and internal service personnel.
