Responsibilities

• Sell parts to customers over the counter, shop, or phone.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts and inform on related items.
• Review shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders, manage back-orders and stock levels.
• Receive payments and process credit for retail customers.
• Support outside sales representatives with orders.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and tagging for all parts.
