Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, customers, and dealership staff with automotive parts needs.
• Look up and identify the correct parts using dealership parts systems and catalogs.
• Process parts sales from start to finish.
• Locate and order parts not in stock.
• Complete and track special-order parts requests.
• Communicate with customers and staff regarding parts availability and order status.
• Maintain accurate parts records and inventory.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
