Haddad Subaru of St. Albans is seeking a motivated Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team. You will be the main contact for customers seeking parts and accessories, offering expert advice and ensuring efficient parts management.

This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include helping customers identify parts, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with technicians.

Formación

• Experience in automotive parts or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Team player with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain inventory levels by updating stock records and placing orders with suppliers as needed.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to meet parts requirements.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on usage and availability.
• Ensure the parts counter and surrounding area are organized and clean.
