Haddad Subaru of St. Albans is seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Person to assist customers with the selection and location of automotive parts and accessories. You will advise on usage and availability, and process orders in person and by phone to ensure satisfaction.

Located in St. Albans, VT, this role offers a friendly team environment with opportunities for growth. A high school diploma is required, and prior parts or retail experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive parts or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain inventory levels by updating stock records and placing orders with suppliers as needed.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to meet parts requirements.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on usage and availability.
• Ensure the parts counter and surrounding area are organized and clean.
