Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals for a customer-focused role at our Garner, NC location. You will greet customers, assist at checkout, and apply suggestive selling while ensuring accurate cash handling and clean records.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating orders from the warehouse, and maintaining professional service in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service background and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience required with a strong customer service background.
• Preferred: automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Two to three years of prior customer service relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer as they walk through the door and maintain friendly contact throughout shopping.
• At checkout, use suggestive selling techniques and assist with problem‑solving.
• Maintain orderly files and accurate cash drawer records.
• Observe inventory levels to ensure minimum stock and showroom appearance.
• Coordinate orders from the warehouse to have customer orders ready in a timely fashion.
• May train others in functional areas and assist with presentations as needed.
