Auto Value is hiring Store Counter Sales Representatives in Wisconsin. You will help retail and commercial customers find the right parts, offer friendly, knowledgeable service, and support sales with promotions and related product recommendations.

Responsibilities include processing sales and returns at the counter, handling phone inquiries, assisting with pickups and commercial deliveries, and helping with paint mixing and parts requests when needed. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Formación

• Automotive parts knowledge or experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and catalogs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers find the right parts using catalogs and lookup systems.
• Build customer relationships and promote Auto Value as a trusted parts source.
• Support sales by recommending related products and sharing promotions.
• Handle counter operations: process sales and returns, answer phones, assist pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with paint mixing and non-application parts requests as needed.
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and safe; assist with deliveries.
