Responsibilities

• Assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
• Locates automotive parts in stock or sources from vendors or other dealers.
• Ensures documentation is completed accurately and payments processed.
• Keeps orderly records of repair orders and parts.
• Works with Parts Manager to manage stock and back-ordered items.
• Supports daily shipping, delivery, or pickup setups.
