Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Level 1 to provide friendly over-the-counter sales and assist customers in selecting auto parts. You will take orders in person and by phone, support store operations, and participate in inventory and paperwork processes.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and store policies, with potential incentives tied to sales performance and program participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience or motivation to pursue a GED.
• One year of professional automotive parts experience or two years of hobbyist automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Attend work every day, on time, as scheduled.
• Demonstrate courteous conduct toward customers and co-workers.
• Learn store systems and processes; cooperate with team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assisting in determining parts needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and properly invoice/credit customer accounts.
• Locate and pull parts for orders; assist in inventory tasks as needed.
