Job summary

Central Houston Cadillac Dealership is hiring a Parts Counter to order and sell vehicle parts and accessories within our service-focused team.

The role emphasizes strong parts knowledge, customer service, and accurate inventory control. You will coordinate with the service team, answer inquiries, process payments, and help customers determine the right parts. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to questions about parts.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure parts are available or ordered promptly when needed.
• Receive, unpack, log and store parts.
• Track inventory and input items into the company log to ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Assist customers in determining what parts they need.
• Process payments and returns when necessary.
• Other tasks as assigned.
