Role Description

This full-time, on-site Automotive Parts Counter Professional role is located in Jackson, TN. The team member will assist customers at the parts counter by identifying needed automotive and truck parts, looking up parts in catalogs and systems, and providing accurate information on product options, availability, and pricing. Daily tasks include processing orders, creating invoices, handling returns, and coordinating special orders while maintaining a clean and organized counter and stock area.
