Genuine Parts Company is seeking a NAPA Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts and services in person and over the phone. You will use your parts knowledge to assist teammates, deliver outstanding customer care, and maintain a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service in a retail automotive setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.

• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store.
