Haldeman Ford of East Windsor is seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our dealership as a Parts Counter Associate and/or Driver. Training is available for motivated individuals who want to develop in the parts counter role.

Responsibilities include assisting customers and technicians with parts needs, ordering parts using CDK and the Snap-on Catalog, invoicing transactions, and delivering parts to customers. Full-time schedule with weekday hours and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Clean, valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and their systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone with parts needs.
• Look up and order parts using CDK and the Snap-on Catalog.
• Accurately invoice and process parts transactions.
• Help maintain parts inventory, including stocking, organizing, and periodic counts.
• Pick up and deliver parts to customers, vendors, and other locations as needed.
• Safely operate dealership vehicles and follow all traffic laws.
