Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge is required.

• Able to lift 100 pounds and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine needs and provide excellent service.
• Handle parts inquiries by phone and process related documents.
• Distribute parts to service technicians and manage stocking.
• Accept warranty parts and return processes per factory guidelines.
• Maintain department security and accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with other departments and complete miscellaneous duties.
