The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking our next Automotive Parts Counter Associate. This exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry is located at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana.

The role acts as a liaison for internal and external customers, promoting the sale of parts, labor, and accessories. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with pathways for growth within a large, multi-brand automotive group.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of automotive parts experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Basic cash-handling and POS experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and determine their needs to provide excellent service.
• Establish a method of payment and handle parts telephone inquiries.
• Distribute parts to service technicians and process warranty parts.
• Return warranty parts to factory with proper marking and paperwork.
• Post sales and track inventory using the computer system.
• Maintain parts in correct locations and keep the area organized and clean.
• Assist with stock checks, ordering parts, and communicating with the Parts Manager.
