Job summary

Lindsay Buick GMC is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our service team in Warrenton, VA. This full-time role supports customers and technicians by handling parts orders, inventory management, and responsive service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, is customer-oriented, and able to work flexible hours including some evenings and Saturdays. Don’t miss the chance to grow with a mission-driven, employee-focused dealer group.

Qualifications

• One to two years of automotive parts experience required, from a retail parts outlet or dealership setting.
• GM experience a major plus.
• Must be computer literate.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license with few to no points on driving record.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pickup and delivery of parts.
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Other duties as directed by management.
