Qualifications

• Experience in auto parts sales preferred.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and identify parts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and courteous communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Provide price quotes and information by phone.
• Read and understand the parts catalog when locating parts.
• Process orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Maintain stock and notify on out-of-stock items.
• Assist customers with parts questions and provide excellent service.
