Responsibilities include managing the parts sales process, communicating with customers and staff, reading the parts catalog, and ensuring accurate pricing. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto parts sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Reviews body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing alignment.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or urgent needs.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources if needed.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
