What You’ll Do:

1. Cast Spells on Dents: Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers, either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
2. Enchant Customers: Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
3. Train Future Wizards: Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

4. Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
5. Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
6. Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00
