Caliber Collision is seeking an Automotive Painter to prepare color tint, mix paints, and ensure OEM standards are met for proper application sequence and materials usage.

The candidate should have 3+ years in paint operations at a collision center, with Auto Body or ASE refinishing credentials preferred. This full-time, on-site role located in Lewisville, TX offers day-one benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Follow OEM standards for application sequence, timing and materials.
• Perform masking, top coating and curing.
• Ensure all paint operations are complete and reassembly is done.
• Return the vehicle to the body technician after work.
