Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties, including tint preparation, paint mixing, and ensuring OEM standards for application sequence, timing and materials. You will complete masking, disassembly, reassembly and handoff to the body technician, while maintaining safety and quality.

This role requires 3+ years in paint operations within a collision center; Auto Body certificate or ASE refinishing preferred; strong reading, communication, and teamwork

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint and mix paints to match OEM standards.
• Ensure proper application sequence, timing and materials usage.
• Complete masking, disassembly, reassembly and handoff to the technician.
• Maintain safety and quality throughout paint operations.
