Caliber Collision in Cedar Grove, NJ is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties, including tint preparation, paint mixing, and ensuring OEM-compliant application sequences and curing.

Applicants should have 3+ years in paint operations within a collision center; Auto Body certificate or ASE refinishing certification is preferred. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints to OEM standards.
• Apply top coating and ensure curing meets OEM standards and proper sequence.
• Remove masking and reassemble prior to returning vehicle to body technician.
