Job summary

Caliber is seeking an Automotive Painter in Benton, AR to perform color tinting, paint mixing, masking, and prep to OEM standards. You will follow the correct application sequence and ensure all coatings are properly cured, with all masking removed and components reassembled for the body technician.

The role requires 3+ years in paint operations within a collision center and may prefer an Auto Body or ASE certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix colors.
• Ensure formulations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards.
• Complete paint operations, remove masking and reassemble prior to returning vehicle to body technician.
