Summary Of Job Description

The position, Painter B, is responsible for mixing and applying epoxy and urethane coatings to protect exterior surfaces of commercial vehicles and parts.

Essential Functions

Inspect all parts and units to be painted.
Apply Class B and C paint to commercial vehicles and parts.
Repair minor flaws and paint defects by wet sanding and buffing.
Clean and maintain paint booth.
Clean and maintain paint guns.
Complete rework as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills.
Maintain regular attendance.
All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.

Six months related job experience or training.

Ability to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
