Qualifications

  • Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Job Summary

Location: Watertown - Summit

We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Painter responsible for duties such as preparing color tint, mixing paint, ensuring formulations meet OEM standards, and completing all paint operations including masking, disassembly, and reassembly to ensure the vehicle is ready for return to the body technician.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
  • Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read instructions, estimates, and work orders
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork skills
