Join Our Team as an Automotive Paint Technician in Nashville

Music City Recon, a locally owned company with over 25 years of experience and the largest automotive reconditioning company in Tennessee, is expanding. We are seeking qualified and professional automotive paint technicians to join our team.

Position Details

Pay Range: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Benefits: Competitive pay, team environment, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repairs.
  • Inspect vehicles to determine necessary repairs.
  • Prepare and buff defects, mix paint to specific colors, and perform painting, sanding, masking, blending, and polishing as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • At least two years of experience as an auto painter, prepper, or collision repair technician.
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Knowledge of safety precautions and ability to work with chemicals and detergents.
Work Environment
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Use of protective gear required.
  • 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay and performance bonuses.
