Job summary

Coach & Carriage Auto Body, powered by VIVE Collision, in Natick, MA, is seeking an Automotive Painter. This full‑time position offers a steady flow of work, paid training, and real opportunities for growth in a modern shop environment.

You will apply paint to vehicle parts, prep areas, maintain safety, and pursue certifications such as I-CAR and OEM. Candidates need 3+ years of painting experience; pay is $35–$38 per hour, with benefits and strong team support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of auto painting experience.
• Vision abilities including color perception and depth perception.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Multi-tasking; able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Applies paint to vehicle parts after repair work is complete.
• Covers vehicle parts that do not require painting.
• Buffs or cleans surfaces after the paint dries.
• Requests necessary materials.
• Performs paint jobs efficiently and according to collision center guidelines.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training.
• Demonstrates the company’s core values.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
• Observe all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations.

$35 - $38 Hourly or $20 - $23 Flat Rate

• Vision abilities including close distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and workorders
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
• At least 18 years of age
