Job summary

Cummins Clean Fuel Technologies seeks a Paint Associate to join our 2nd shift. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4pm to 12:30am, with shift differential.

Responsibilities include refinishing vehicles to pre-accident condition and meeting industry quality standards, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and proper use of protective equipment.

The role requires high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years related experience, plus ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years related work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Maintain safe, clean paint area and wear protective gear.
• Operate and maintain spray booth and mixing equipment.
• Color match, tint, and mix paint.
• Alert supervisor to delays or issues.
