Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support development, validation, and optimization of paint processes for customer programs
• Lead paint fixture and jig design from CAD through prototype to production approval
• Validate paint systems, process parameters, and customer specifications
• Coordinate tooling and equipment for paint operations
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement in paint operations
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams
