Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Paint Booth Operator to support the automotive paint process and ensure painted parts meet safety, quality, and production standards. The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate and monitor booth equipment, inspect parts for defects, follow procedures, maintain 5S cleanliness, and document production activity.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or automotive paint experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn paint processes and quality requirements.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor paint booth equipment and processes.
• Inspect painted parts for defects and quality concerns.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and report paint, equipment, or production issues.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices.
• Properly handle parts throughout the paint process.
• Work with the Paint team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
