Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years automotive office manager experience.
• Experience with dealership accounting, reconciliations, and payables.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the dealership accounting office team.
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
• Ensure accuracy of financial schedules and reconciliations.
• Review general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payables.
• Complete month-end and year-end closings on time.
• Analyze income and expenses; identify variances.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders across the dealership.
• Support payroll and commission processing with HR.
