Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is expanding and seeks an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead our regional Business Office teams. You will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and coordinate with HR on payroll and commissions.

With a focus on internal controls and process improvement, you will drive efficiency, mentor staff, and support growth across multiple dealerships within the Delmarva region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Office Manager experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience required.
• Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge.
• Proven leadership and team-development skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• MS Office and dealership systems proficiency.
• DealerTrack experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and commission processes in coordination with HR.
