Job summary

Rebo is seeking a Customer Demand Planner for Automotive OEM Accounts in Sparta, TN. You’ll build relationships with customers, translate forecasts into production and shipping plans, and manage deliveries and ERP activities to meet commitments.

You’ll collaborate across production, quality, logistics, and management to resolve issues, monitor inventory, and support IATF 16949 compliance. 3+ years in automotive manufacturing is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing customer service environment.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with EDI, inventory control, and logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as the primary contact for inquiries, delivery issues, and concerns.
• Communicate forecasts and changes to ensure timely information flow.
• Address late deliveries, logistics issues, and performance concerns.
• Translate monthly forecasts and orders into production and shipping plans.
• Prepare and execute delivery plans, including ASN and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinate shipment methods and carrier details with shipping teams.
• Manage ERP activities including order entry, customer profiles, pricing, and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery, inventory, and logistics issues.
• Monitor inventory levels across plants and warehouses; support quality/compliance initiatives.
