Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, design, electrical, aerospace, or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on product or systems development in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling, simulation/testing software, and data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook for tracking reports.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Product Design: Develop CAD models, schematics, and physical prototypes.
• Testing & Validation: Plan and execute test campaigns, gather data, refine the design.
• Manufacturing Integration: Design production lines, select materials, ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Management: Track milestones, manage budgets, coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
