Magna in Moonville, USA, is seeking a maintenance associate to disassemble, repair and test automotive manufacturing equipment, ensuring uptime and quality.

You will troubleshoot robotics and electrical systems, coordinate with production and external resources, and document issues in Maintenance Information Systems. The role may require shift rotation and proactive upgrades to equipment.

A technical degree and several years of automated manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical Associate's degree preferred or equivalent automated manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of automated manufacturing technical experience required.
• Kuka Robotics: 3 years (Preferred) Fanuc Robotics: 3 years (Preferred) Allen Bradley PLC: 3 years (Preferred) Siemens PLC: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Disassemble defective equipment and replace defective parts, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.
• Adjust and repair automotive manufacturing equipment, repairs and services, and test equipment using hand tools and power tool.
• Reassemble, adjust and test repaired equipment.
• Oversee modifications by internal and external resources for process changes, new models and expansion.
• Use computerized or manual Maintenance Information Systems to document the details of equipment related issues, repairs made, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance measures taken, etc.
• May rotate shifts and perform other duties as assigned.
