Job summary
Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Mule Engineer to support electrical/electronic systems for automotive prototype vehicles. You will develop network diagrams, gateway requirements, electrical schematics, wiring solutions and BOMs; assist ECU integration, packaging reviews, and prototype builds; and troubleshoot issues on test rigs.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on experience with vehicle networks, CANoe/CANalyzer knowledge, and familiarity with Teamcenter or similar
Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience reading and developing vehicle network diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring documentation, and bills of materials.
- Working knowledge of ECU integration, gateway systems, wiring harnesses, and automotive networks.
- Experience supporting prototype vehicle builds and troubleshooting electrical/electronic issues.
- Working knowledge of Teamcenter or a comparable PLM system for design and BOM data.
Responsibilities
- Develop vehicle network diagrams and gateway requirements.
- Support ECU integration for prototype vehicles.
- Create electrical schematics, wiring solutions, and bills of materials.
- Prepare MOV instructions and manage iSpeed activities.
- Conduct packaging reviews and support prototype builds.
- Troubleshoot prototype electrical and electronic issues.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, participate in reviews, and report status.
