Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Mule Engineer to support the electrical and electronic systems of automotive prototype vehicles. The role develops network diagrams, gateway requirements, electrical schematics, wiring solutions, and bills of materials.

You will assist ECU integration, participate in packaging reviews, prototype builds, and troubleshooting, coordinating with engineering teams and reporting status.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and develop vehicle network diagrams and wiring BOMs.
• Experience with ECU integration and automotive networks.
• Experience supporting prototype vehicle builds and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter or similar PLM for design and BOM data.
• Ability to prepare documentation and execute integration tasks with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop vehicle network diagrams and gateway requirements.
• Support ECU integration for prototype vehicles.
• Create electrical schematics and BOMs.
• Prepare MOV instructions and manage iSpeed activities.
• Conduct packaging reviews and support prototype builds.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and report status.
